Take Lessons from an Experienced Pro! In-Person Private Lessons & Online Lessons, All Levels of Students, Youth to Seniors, On Electric and Acoustic Guitar.
Hi, my name is Jim Cruz, an Atlanta area musician and professional guitar instructor, teaching private, in-person guitar lessons in the Henry County, GA area and also online. Welcome to my website.
Here you’ll find information about:
- My in-person private guitar lessons (All experience levels).
- My Online Lessons via Zoom (All experience levels).
- My available lesson openings.
In addition to lesson information, I also share guitar-related content in my blog articles. Many of my articles will be of interest to my existing and prospective students since they introduce information about guitars in general as well as featuring a number of great guitarists and other musicians that have influenced me through the years.
Experience and a Track Record You Can Count On
I have over 35 years of experience teaching guitar in addition to over 40 years of musical performance experience. Teaching has been a fulfilling profession for me as I have enjoyed helping so many people learn to play guitar and have fun doing it. My lessons are reasonably priced and provided at my home studio location in the Henry County area: McDonough, GA. Lessons are taught during the week nights and all day Saturday (in-person only).
Frustrated Trying to Teach Yourself Guitar?
You might be like many people and bought yourself a new guitar and had hopes of trying to teach yourself to play. You may have gone out and bought the recommended beginner guitar method books at your local music store and got no where with them. Or you tried watching all of the free guitar lesson videos on YouTube or even bought the latest, greatest “Learn the Guitar in 3 Easy Lessons” DVD and you learned a few things but you still feel like you haven’t accomplished anything that got your closer to your goals or you’ve hit a dead-end.
You may have even gotten yourself a guitar teacher only to find he’s a young inexperienced instructor with a rock star complex and you couldn’t learn a thing from him. After you’ve tried everything, you’re now left frustrated and you’re brand new guitar is collecting dust along with your hopes of being able to play guitar as a fun new hobby or to entertain others.
What do you do?
The answer is taking lessons from an experienced instructor who can give you a PROVEN blueprint for learning, provide accountability, fill in the knowledge gaps and guide you to a desired musical destination. I can help you with all of that and more.
Currently I’m taking on new students and all levels are accepted, from beginner to pro level players, children (not younger than 11 yrs. old) to adults. You can learn more about my lesson details and available openings by navigating through the menu choices above.
